I have blocked some spam mail ID's and it seems these A**h***S are still shooting junk mails onto my support id (I have enabled creation of ticket via mail)
However, these IDs are blocked so new tickets cannot be created BUT osticket autoresponds to them (which turns out to be bounce mail) and as a result I get 100+ mails in my inbox by osticket (mailer-daemon) on failure of email delivery.
Is there a way to turn of auto respond for banned emails? or to make it simple turn of any notification for any bounced mails?
