Lets take this situation

There is a support ticket opened which requires an update from inventory department on stock availability. Right now I have to select the text -- Copy to outlook -- send email to the concerned person.

Is there a simple way where I can just forward the content of ticket to our internal employee so that he can revert to me with the correct information? which i later pass it on to customer?
