step by step instructions available?

i have looked to try and find step by step instruction for many of the features in osticket but have not been able to find any. i love many of the features that this software offers but it would be nice if there were instructions on how to setup or activate many of those features. do these instruction exist or does one need to ask all of the questions here and hope they get an answer?

The only instructions I know of are the limited documentation in the wiki, and various searchable posts on many subjects. Your best bet is to ask a question on the forums. There are a few of us who are pretty good at getting back to people. (Although honestly it may take a day or two to get a reply depending on when you post.)

yeah the only problem here is i search and search and ask and ask and i dont get any answers. very frustrating...

Dear chatham,

I was also looking for a tutorial ... but did not find anything, however I did take the screenshot as provided in the wiki and add some remarks and guidelines to it and published it as a type of tutorial for our helpdesk administrator - but bear in mind my english is bad( not my mother tongue) and scott did developed additional mods for us.
