1. setup a user in Exchange - like tickets with an email address of tickets@domain.ext.
2. give it permissions to be accessed via POP or IMAP.
3. Log into OST with the admin account and goto:
Admin panel -> Emails
4. Either Add a new address (or edit an existing one)
5. configure the settings.

New Ticket Department: your preference
Auto Response: leave unchecked
