Changing url

Hi,

I have a setup of OSTicket running at http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/osticket/upload(http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/osticket/upload) but i would like to change the adress to http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/helpdesk(http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/helpdesk), the problem is that my php knowledge is small so i would need some instructions to do this.

I tryed making an index.php file at osticket directing to upload/index.php but it gave a fatal error (probably there are other pointers i need to change).

So, what do i have to do in order to make this work?

1) Move all the files and folders under the upload to the helpdesk folder.

2) Open your ost_config table in your database, then adjust the value in the helpdesk_url field to become http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/helpdesk(http://fidalgo.heliohost.org/helpdesk).

3) Adjust also your attachment directory. Read (this) if you need the reference about how to setup the attachment directory.
