I am just curious why, especially now days with probably less than 2% of servers running anything less than php5, why the developers of osTicket dont make the requirements php5 minimum.
Lets face it, if your hosting company or personal server is still running php4 or less, your way behind the times and desperately need to upgrade. Yes your the one going down the digital highway with black smoke pouring out your tailpipe and polluting the digital world lol.
Plus im sure that having to support php4 is a pain for the developers. Most software i have run accross now days has changed to php5 min and it is harder and harder to find anything that will even support php4 or less anymore.
Just curious are there plans to make the min requirement php5 soon.
