User Access Permission - Log tickets ONLY

Hi,

Is it possible to create a permission in the permissions section that will allow new to say if they can post reply / assign post / internal notes.

Please could i have a mod that will allow me to do this?

1) Did you mean in the User Groups page view section?

2) If so, did you mean this modification will add the three new abilities as the following?

- Can post reply

- Can assign ticket (not assign post, right?)

- Can send Internal Notes

Is that all you mean?

thats brilliant thank you, the read only user is good yes but they would still need the ability to create tickets just not do anything else.
