(New Response Alert for All Department Members in osTicket v1.6 RC5) and this (New Message Alert for All Department Members in osTicket v1.6 RC5) and both solutions work greats for
1.- When the client respond with message, alert to all staff
2.- When Internal Note Post, alert to all Staff
But, i want to do:
When anyone (User/Staff Member) Reply one ticket with message, send mail to all in the staff or dept, to know about the response, and "the client (already do)"
Did you know how about this? i'll try not successfull do changes, and im lost.
