I'd searched the net for the procedure on how to configure remote piping when the email service is on a separate machine. None of the results could give me a procedure to install. The WIKI does not show any procedure. (http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Piping)
My OSTicket and mail servers are two different machines.
Can someone please tell me how to do it...
