"Notice : Undefined index " on all installation fields

Hello,

While trying to install osticket. Osticket Installation shows me notices everywhere. I checked for the database access, it's all okey. (I checked it by creating a table using phpmyadmin). I couldn't figure out whre the problem comes from.

All the errors looks like :

Notice: Undefined index: title in /path/to/osticket/upload/setup/inc/install.inc.php on line XX

Any help would be appreciated :)

The screen shot is too small to even be readable.

Please check your php error log. You might want to empty it. Try loading the site and then looking at it. You are looking for an actual error, not a notice.
