i have figured out how to activate the "add attachments" but i dont see where you can add an attachment to a new ticket. when i log in and select new ticket there is no link/option to add a file. how do i correct this?
I'm having the same issue, I activated the attachment module, but i don't see the add attachment on the client view anywhere
Check your file_uploads variable at php.ini file. Value for this var must be 1.
