So far I used OST to track problems with a company I was consulting at.
I recently took a more challenging and complex situation where IT consultant are spread over three companies (Operations, Applications, Printers)
I created one departement called "Company" which is the one I am consulting to, then I created 3 groups for the consulting companies and then more than one user (support, and mgmnt) for each group.
I started successfully to create and assign tickets.
I'd like to know if:
- I can relegate the view of the open ticket to the single groups users (so each consultant organization will see only theirs)
- I can add to the main Staff panel one more column "Group" to have under control wich group (and not only the Departement) owns tickets.
I have php and mysql knowledge.
