Issues editing tickets

I am able to add tickets without an issue, as well as add a new note or internal note, and close tickets. When I click on edit ticket, I get this screen (I turned on php errors because I was getting a "An Error occured, please fix" without any other information)

I cleared out the fields and blocked out the domain name, but when I click edit ticket, it does actually populate those fields without an issue.

The only mod I've done is add new fields, would this cause this issue?

If it's populating the fields then its just the error level you have set up in the php.ini.

Notice warnings can be suppressed by changing the error_reporting variable in your PHP.ini. error_reporting could be set to show all errors except those for notices and coding standards warnings: error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

If you added additional fields then you will want to make sure that you add them to the include/staff/editticket.inc.php especially if it is a "required" field.

So I've got it to the point where I can edit the ticket without errors, but any changes I make to the fields I've added do not get set. I can change the subject, the name, the email address, but if I edit a field I added (I added a field called city, for example), the update will go through, but it will not actually change the ticket to reflect it. Is there a mysql call I should be checking? I cant seem to find it.

then make sure you have already also modified the include/staff/editticket.inc.php file by adding the additional fields into it.

I managed to get it working. It was the sql call on editing a ticket that I hadn't added the new fields to. Thanks again guys!
