Customers dont get Emails??

Hello!

i have just stardet using OsTicket..

I have translated the system to Norwegian, and after i was done with that no customers gets an email with a case nr?

where can i locate this problem and fix it?

If a case is submittet i get an email but no case nr ony #%?

Anyone that can help?

Are you sure it worked prior to your translating it?

I can tell you that the translation between template variable to value is handled in /include/class.ticket.php in the function called:

function replaceTemplateVars($text){

Before you go delving in there though I recommend that you take a look at your template and make sure that it is correct there.
