Now that I have the above problem fixed, I am back at square one. Customer replies to the ticket system sent by email do not get logged into the database.
Here are my pertinent mail settings:
Enable POP/IMAP email fetch
Enable email piping
Strip quoted reply
are all CHECKED.
Outgoing mail is "none" use PHP
Default System mail is a dedicated address with no forwarder
Default Alert Email: is set to Use Default
System Admin Email Address: is set to an address that is a regular email account that I use to correspond with people when doing manual mail.
Enable AutoCron is CHECKED
What setting do I have wrong? When a customer replies by email it does not get logged.
