I have made a big mistake by converting my only admin account of OS Ticket to a staff account. Is there any way for me to get back my admin account? I have the username and password of that account but if i logged in using that it is taking me to the staff panel only. I am not able to go to admin panel to maintain the software. Is there any way that i can get back my admin account back? or any default/hidden admin account?
