Hi all.
I am wondering, if this is a bug? or only something that my webserver is causing?
Example:
- 3 email-adresses in osticket, retreiving with pop3
- I send 1 email, to all 3 email-adresses as recipients, same topic (no ticket #num in topic)
Only 1 of the emails are imported and ticket created.
Now, If I delete the ticket, next email (from next email adress) is imported and ticket created.
If I delete this ticket, the same happens again.
So, If same topic, only 1 ticket is created, no regards for that it is different email-adresses that has the "tickets".
As I said, is this a bug?
any simple fix for this if a bug? Like, when checking for double-sent email, to check if it is from a different email adress or something?
