Sorry if this is a repeat however i am struggling to find a solution. At the moment all incoming email requests do not get pulled into the System unless a Staff Member is logged in.
How do i get the System to go out and fetch the email automatically regardless of staff being logged in or not.

Obv. if your running under Windows you would utilize Task Scheduler instead.
