Not real sure how to ask this.
Customer has created multiple trouble tickets over the year.
We can open any ticket and next to his email address in the header is a number for the number of 'related' tickets.
We click that number assuming it's all his other tickets. Instead we get:
"The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.
If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, please contact the Support team of your web hosting provider."
SiteGround is the host and they say it's os causing the error. We get around the issue by just searching for the user's name.
Any idea how to get the 'related tickets' link to work as advertised?
