Hello All,
I'm using osTicket by email, creating tickets, reply tickets, etc.. but our client is a group and when we send a ticket reply we include an email list. The problem is, when we receive and reply from other email diferent from the first email to this specific ticket, osTicket create a new ticket and don't include the reply in the original ticket. Anybody have this same problem?
I try to found where are this restriction in php code, but i don't have success, help me please.
