Sorry I don't have any working knowledge of the Synology RS411 NAS (Unless you want to give me one then I would happily figure out how to do it for you). From quickly looking over their web site, it looks like you would:
1. FTP to the box and upload the distribution files.

2. Setup the domain and host names you want to use, etc.
