When e-mail send to client when ticket is created, the user gets the link to logon to the ticket, once the user click on the link, it takes the user to the login screen on the web. the email and ticket is already in the login field. the user click to logon, but it display access denied to the user,
How can I get the user to logn to add to the ticket...
