I am not getting any notification of overdue tickets. I have "ticket grace period" set to 24 hours and "Overdue Ticket Alert" is enabled. It seems that it is designed that it only works with assigned tickets, but even that doesn't work for me. I'm the assigned staff member on a ticket created on 4/17 and haven't done any kind of follow up with it and haven't received any reminder emails.
I'm using 1.6 RC4 - anyone else have any experience with this feature working or not?
