Hello,
I know how to disable the check from mysql 4.1 to mysql 4.0 however I received an error after install.
The main reason why I need to get this working on this server with 4.0 is its a huge production server and really can't afford to upgrade mysql when over 200 clients are using it.
Does anyone have an older version of osticket I could use with 4.0.1? or recommendations for installing this 1.6 version?
