Need more simplicity

first of all, hello to everybody.

I'm new in this saloon. :-) Thanks to all programmers for the nice ticketprogram.

For my purposes the system has to be more simple.

1. The user just has to login with his mailadress without the ticketnumber.

2. When the user is logged in he should see all tickets from all user. So in this case he has the view for the waiting list.

Can anybody help me for this solution?

So, will he be using a password or not ? That's not very clear to me.

If your happy for the user to log in using their email address and a password,

try my multiple companies version.

Just run it as one company !
