Installation blank page

After filling installation information and clicking "Install", the pages returned is blank.

I have created a database and granted the user all privileges in Mysql. Mysql is working fine with other systems running on it.

Please help me, i am stuck.

Please consult your php.log file and let us know what the error is you are getting. Alternatively please search the forum for turning error display on, and do that and let us know what error you are getting.

I have initiated error_reporting but i find no errors.

OS ver: windows server 2003 r2

Webserver: IIS 6

MySQL: 5.1

PHP: 5.3

I exactly have the same problem when I install osTicket on my ubuntu.

I'm really interested by a solution if someone can help.

I fixed my problem by installing the php-mysql module which was not installed by default.

Hopefully that will fix your problem too!
