Add %name to premade replies

Thanks in advance for any help.

I want to be able to add the %name on the premade answers. Now when I add to the premade it sends the email like this :

Dear %name

bla bla bla

Mr %name

bla bla bla.

I would like it to work this way :

Dear Last Name

bla bla bla ble

Mr Last Name

bla bla bla.

* The problem is I run my system in a few languages, so need to have the posiblitity to customize it from the premades replies not from the Templates.

Then you should separate the Premade Replies record for each language you are using in the related premade reply table in you osTicket database. By using this technique, then simply get the premade reply that related with the related language. Does it make sense for you?
