Hello,
I am trying to create a test enviroment for some modifications I am creating within osTicket.
I have installed osticket on the test enviroment and it runs correctly. The problem I am having however, is that when I go to copy the www directory from the live enviroment and replace the www in the test enviroment, I end up getting a fatal error.
I have to end up restoring the test enviroment back to the way it was before I copied over the live enviroment.
Any suggestions as to a particular step I may be overlooking? I considered copying over the database, but with the mods I will be developing my concern is it will end up overwriting changes made in the live enviroment by other staff members.
