Hi all,
I did a bit of tweaking on my ticket reporting page to remove the full-length phone field and its requirement, to be replaced by just the phone-extension field which is required in its place.
The problem I am having however is that when tickets are reported, the phone extension is not showing on the ticket within the SCP.
Im not sure which line of code I would have to alter this as the tickets are being processed correctly, minus this one field of course.
Any help/suggestions are greatly appreicated.
