Hi,
I downloaded osticket 1.6.0. It seems to be installed properly, but I can't get it to allow a user to send an email to create a support ticket rather than going to the URL to create a ticket.
I know this can be done, because a friend of mine has it set up that way. But, I can't figure out how to get it to work.
Can someone help?
