How to create New Email ID and how to use

Hi,

i am installing OSTicket and given default Mail ID as "isupport@domain.com", now i want to create New Mail ID and use that Mail ID for sending the autoresponse mail when user creates the Ticket. how to do this. Please help me, i am new in OSTicket.

Log into OST as an admin and go to Admin panel -> Emails

Select the one you want to change. Edit it to your liking, and hit submit.
