I read a lot in the forum and on other sites but I couldn't found a mod for osTicket to add 2 reply separator tags.
Im not familiar to PHP so I cannot do it on my one but I think some others are interested to.
What about adding a second reply separator tag so the client writes between these two separator tags. So there would be no problem with
"original message from support:
>"
like I have with only one separator tag.
Another possibility would be to edit the response so you can delete the original message.
