Hello,
Every time when user creates ticket - email msg is sent to user.
link at the bottom of email msg is :
http://domain/support/view.php?e=user@email&t=227432(http://domain/support/view.php?e=user@email&t=227432)
When user visit's the link for the first time the HTTP 500 Internal server error is shown then has to login manualy using login.php. after that links can be opened from email.
how can i fix that ?
