Can you tell me how this MOD is applied?
It's a diff file. If you have experience with Linux, just use the patch command to apply it.
If not, just have a look at the pastebin entry: Delete the red lines and add the green lines manually in the file ./include/class.mailfetch.php.
(Btw, I think all mods should use diff files...)
