I'm currently working on another modification with some help from Tomt and others (Thanks to those guys). I didnt want to muddy the water by throwing another mod question into that thread so I opened up another one.
Currently we hope to use OST as as in-house system for the moment with possibilities of letting customers one day put there own tickets on via our support site.
In the mean time. I am hoping to add into the 'new ticket' screen a new 'Internal Notes' section that will bring up the selected customers dial in details.
The details are to be held within a table in MySQL along with a CompanyID.
As the mod we have been currently working on brings in Companies via a MySQL query I was hoping to link this new idea via the CompanyID.
So my question is, Is it possible to bring in a new 'Internal notes' field and that will be populated with a companies specific dial in details once the company has been selected?
