New Installation Admin.php Blank Page

Hello-

I have recently installed OSTICKET to try it out but I am unable to get to the admin.php panel post installation. Everything appeared to setup properly and no errors within the installer package. I enabled the error reporting on the main include file and this is what I am getting.

Warning: require_once(/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/class.ticket.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/scp/admin.php on line 59 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/class.ticket.php' (include_path='./:/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/:/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/pear/') in /var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/scp/admin.php on line 59

Can someone please assist?

Are those paths correct?

This file

/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/scp/admin.php

Is trying to load this file

/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/class.ticket.php

and it is failing saying that class.ticket.php does not exist in (well specifically its saying "No such file or directory")

/var/customers/webs/consensys/cmsupport/support/include/

Please make sure that the file is there, and readable.

Well that was it- seemed the file didn't transfer some how. Thank you for your help- that fixed it :)
