i am quite new to os ticket, but find it very cool.
I try to install and use it in our company intranet.
Everything works fine, but when a employee try to enter a new ticket, and he is filling in the form for phone he will always get an error message that says:
Valid phone # required (in red on the right site of phone field)
Could someone please point me to the direction where i could fix this?
If there is no phone number entered the ticket will be created.
It will be ok, if there is no phone number entered, but should be also ok to enter a phone number.
Thanks in advance for your help and time!
--> i have just tried to enter a ticket from the admin panel, this form does always give me the error Valid phone # required - does not matter if a number is entered or not.
