To enable attachments via web:
1. Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Attachments
2. check "Allow Attachments:"
3. Configure the rest of that section per your preference.
Note: there is also a check box for allowing attachments on emails used to open tickets there.
I've created a folder on my server, chmod to 777. So, what am I supposed to use in the field "Attachment Folder?" The URL of my folder is:
http://f1marketsolutions.com/help/attachments
If I use this, or anything else, all I get are error messages:
"Invalid upload dir"
"Directory must be valid and writeable"
