Hi,
i read in the forum but i didn't find the solution.
If a client send me a ticket and in the text insert an image (fn stamp and ctl v)
not an attachment
when i see the ticket the image is not in the text and is not an attachment
(I allowed every type of attachment .. i try also with .*)
I don't undertand how i have to do to received the image
- hosting linux
- osticket 1.6 ST
- php 5.2.17
- mail sending: SMTP
- mail receiving: POP
