authenticating: no secret in database

hello.

When i tray to add the correct config 4 support mail, i have the following message:

Can not authenticate to POP3 server: authenticating: no secret in database

i think these is a stupid problem... but i dont find whats happend...

the user and passwd its ok, i tested through webmail...

The error you are getting is "Invalid Login. Check POP Settings."

im not the e.mail service admin, but i can login to the webmail using that user/pass

Osticket is instaled in a CentOS linux 5.7 with php5.3

any idea why here the user/passwd dont work?

i was cheked mail with telnet in same linux that osticket is installed...
