Problem setting up POP for fetching incoming emails.

I'm not sure what the problem is, I have entered all the right information needed to setup the email fetching for my support email account.

Username: support@mywebsite.com

Password: mypassword

Mail Account (Optional)

Status: Enabled

Host: mail.mywebsite.com

Port: 26

Protocol: POP

Encryption: None

---

When I click submit, I get this error: ESMTP Exim 4.69 #1 Sat, 19 Nov 2011 20 -0500

What can I do to make this work?.. I use a shared hosting account.

You might want to contact your shared hosting provider to make sure that your using the right settings for sending/receiving mail.
