Email Problem

Sorry guys, yet another email issue. I have followed all the posts on this forum and came quite close to solving the problem but I still get an error.

Invalid Login/ Check Imap settings

I am connecting to an Exchange 2007 IMAP server on port 143 without SSL.

I can connect from another machine (which is on the same network as the OSticket) using imap without any issues but I still get the error on OST.

So it's not a firewalling issue.

I tried disabling TLS in the class.fetchmail.php config but I still get the same error.

I really like this product but the email fetching is essential for me.

Have you enabled the account to use IMAP?

Have you added a transport to allow the webserver to send/receive mail in Exchange?

Yes I have enabled the account to use Imap.

Yes, I have a transport in the Exchange server to allow connection to the IP of the webserver.

Any other ideas?

I seem to recall something about TLS causing me a problem. What do you have checked off in the Authentication tab?

Exchange Management Console -> Server Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Receive Connectors -> double click on WHATEVERYOUNAMEDTHECONNCTOR -> click on Authentication tab.
