Installation problem in windows

Hi, I'm new here.

I have windows XP, IIS, Mysql 5 and PHP 5.

I have all permissions on this server (Adminitrator)

I can't install Osticket. I need help.

So after entering the informations about the web site, the installer gives an error :

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

When i acces in : //localhost/osticket

i have this error:

Warning: mail() : Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\dps\include\pear\Mail\mail.php on line 128

Fatal Error: Contact system adminstrator.

Can anyone say me where is the problem.

The error says "verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini". I would check that first. :)
