I see that I have two options in the settings to have the ticket numbers as incremental or random, however I was hoping that osTicket could keep things simpler for us by allowing us to input/assign our own ticket number.
Also, I'm trying to switch "Post Reply" and "Post Internal Note" so that the internal note is the default. This is to prevent irrelevant information from being accidentally sent to the guest as some of the users of this program are going to be people I would place in the "Basic" computer class.
If anyone could help me with this that would be great. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I realized I put "Two other things" in the subject, when I deleted one of those things before submitting. Oops
