OsTicket installation woes.

Hello all,

Need to install OS ticket on Linux using apache and mysql 5. While using the setup script to install, the installer gives an error "Invalid SQL schema. Get help from Developers".

I already have required version of mysql installed and working fine with other application running. I have created user and database and given required permissions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I know that you said that you already did all this, but you should confirm that the database exists, and that the user has privs to it. If you did this manually make sure that you:

flush privileges;

If the MySQL server is located on another machine (or even just localhost) make sure that the user can access it from said host.
