When user attempts to login with email and ticket number, he gets invalid login error.
But user is able to connect with another ticket number he owns. Since he have many tickets he can see the ticket number that failed.
If he attempts to access the ticket by clic on it, he gets this error : Security violation. Repeated violations will result in your account being locked.
In the staff panel, the ticket is accessible, is open and can be edited.
