Problem when viewing a ticket

Had a problem for a while when viewing a ticket the tab interface no longer appears its now all down the page (screenshot link below) also means I can't use canned responses.

Some help would be great, thank you!

Not sure if this will be helpful at all but what browser are you using?

I've noticed on Firefox (v4) that it can took a long time to display that section correctly, and it would look exactly like your screen shot for a few seconds then condense. Anyway my point was try a different browser and see if the problem still exists. :)

I was using Chrome tried in Firefox same problem. :(

It used to work then stopped. Anymore suggestions?

Hmmm.

Have you modified the OST code at all?

If you have then you could back up your current install and then put the distribution files in place and see what happens.

I'm having a similar issue. That happens right after you open a ticket for ~1 second and then corrects itself. If you click the assign button, it does it again and then gives a message on the ticket.

There is another issue I'm having where a message box pops up and says the ticket is locked and asks if I want to proceed.

This started happening after I upgraded to php 5.3. There is only a deprecated function notice in the php error log. Anyone know of a fix?

I had this happen when the tabs.css wasnt included on the header...
