Hello all, Just wanted to say first off this is an amazing piece of software, however in order for it to work for me, I will need a few changes. However although I am more than a novice programmer, I really need some help figuring out just how to go about making my desired changes.
I work for a small IT service that deals with about 50 or so clients (companies) each with varied numbers of their own employees.
I would like these employees to be able to file a ticket under a shared company ID (this field would be in the new ticket form). These tickets then need to be approved by their employer (hopefully through an email notification) before coming to us.
Is this possible? If so, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
