Definiely What We Need
We are currently using vTgier with multiple instances and it is getting BLOATED and laggy as we add more clients. Can each company have custom fields, drop-downs etc.? If your mod is able to do this, could you shoot me a PM and talk about a possible migration to this type of system?

EDIT: Can this also split escalation paths based on what company the ticket is logged under? If we can get all of this going and migrate from vTiger, it will make my life my techs lives a heck of a lot easier.
