I am using osTicket 1.6 stable with WAMP server.
Apache Version: 2.2.21
PHP Version: 5.3.8
Windows XP fully patched.
All of my users are set up for Pacific Time (GMT -8) but when we post either a new ticket or a reply the time is 8 hours earlier than real time. As if osTicket thinks our server is GMT time. I can set my users for GMT time and get accurate time on the tickets but I am worried that something else is messed up.
